Warranty - Returns Info:
The standard warranty period is 14 days UNLESS otherwise specified in product description or stated on this page.
Atomizers and cartomizers have a warranty against DOA only.
Kits that come with an assembled battery/atomizer combo are tested before they are shipped out.
No DOA batteries or atomizers on these items.
There is no refunding of an order once it has shipped and shipping is also not refundable.
Store credit sometimes will be considered. Contact us by e mail please and we will try to work with you to both our satisfaction.
This does not apply to products that have been used unless they have failed during warranty due to manufacturer defects.
It is imperative that you test your products upon arrival - seriously.
If you wait too long the item will be out of warranty so checking ASAP is a good thing.
There is no warranty on atomizers and cartomizers except if they are DOA - dead on arrival.
Check them first thing.
Should an item malfunction, arrive dead or is different from order please contact us immediately for return/exchange instructions.
Once we inspect the item, if it is determined to have failed due to a manufacturer issue, an exchange will be provided of the exact item at no cost to you. We will contact you with instructions for return.
If it is determined that the product failed due to misuse or customer damage (the threads of a battery are stripped, the inside of an atomizer is gouged, ect ...) you cannot exchange the item nor will a refund be issued. You may chose to have that item returned to you at your cost.
Disappointment in an item is not cause for exchange or refund.
Disappointment includes such situations as "I thought it was going to last longer, taste better, sparkle in the sun, or make me skinnier".
These are NOT all the situations but they are common excuses.
Just not valid ones.
If you order a red item and receive a blue item because we made a mistake that is cause for valid disappointment.
The item will be exchanged for the intended item at no cost to you and we will apologize profusely and be properly ashamed of ourselves.
