Where everything heats up!
Atomizers are a seriously important part of your electronic cigarette and come in various sizes, resistances and types for different electronic cigarettes.
Each one sold here will have the information included to make sure you choose the proper atomizer for your needs. For more detailed information refer to Jason's VOLT Info click -->
Atomizers are described in resistances - low res, standard res and high res. Each description will include the resistance as per manufacturer +/- .2 ohm
LR usually under 2.0 ohm SR usually between 2.0 and 2.5 ohms. HR are not sold on the site yet Each are appropriate for different batteries. Knowing the voltage and mAh of the battery you are using helps you to choose the
correct atomizer.
Low resistance atomizers heat up hotter and faster and will draw the energy from a battery quicker than a standard resistance atomizer.
Most atomizers ship with a bit of
preservative to keep the heating element wet . You must blow out that
preservative on a paper towel. Do not vape that
preservative !
Do not allow an atomizer to dry out. The heating element will burn, pop and short = dead atomizer.
A drop or two of juice on the atomizer before adding the cartridge will give it a head start. But just a bit - enough to hear a sizzle not a gurgle or the atty can flood. To remove excess juice from an atomizer, cover the battery end with a paper towel and blow it out from the open end.
The atomizers here that are already on a battery when shipped, as those in a kit, have been tested and are in working order when they leave the shop.
